Dr. Kristine Belesova was invited at the Prince Mahidol Award Conference 2023 in Bangkok to give a presentation for the conference session ‘Multi-sectoral Policies and Practices: Adaptation’.
In her talk titled, “Multi-sectoral interventions for non-communicable disease prevention and environmental change: NIHR Global Health Research Centre on Non-communicable diseases and environmental change”, Kristine introduced the Centre and how it aims to tackle the growing burden of Non-Communicable diseases by working closely with communities most affected by the changing environment.
